Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Replacement Policy (No Returns)
Jankaj Jewellery does not accept returns. We offer replacement only under specific conditions mentioned below.


Replacement Eligibility
A replacement request will be accepted only if:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • A clear unpacking video is shared (mandatory)

  • The product falls under one of the following cases only:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Missing item(s) in the order

  • Major quality issue (manufacturing defect)


Unpacking Video Requirement

  • Video must start before opening the package

  • Entire unpacking process must be clearly visible

  • The issue must be clearly shown in the video

  • Requests without an unpacking video will NOT be accepted.


Non-Eligible Cases (No Replacement)
Replacement will not be provided for:

  • Minor color or design variations (due to lighting or screen resolution)

  • Change of mind 

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Requests raised after 7 days

  • Products without original packaging

Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Replacement will be dispatched after verification of the issue.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product of equal value or a store credit may be offered (at our discretion)

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders (No Replacement / No Refund)

We do not offer replacements or refunds for international orders.

All international purchases are final and non-returnable.

Jankaj Jewellery is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses occurring during international transit or customs clearance.

Cancellation Policy 


Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided on our website.


Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation request is approved (before shipping), the refund will be initiated.
The refunded amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.​
